Responsibilities
Than Hong Diep
Handling the job of an account executive and also the leader of "The Red Team", Diep was in charge of communicating and keeping in touch with the counterparty which is the cinema’s director in order to borrow a cinema’s room for the team to film the Teaser clip and the TV Commercial. Diep also arranged the survey and collect information about customer’s behavior at the cinema. Above all, she connected the team together and run it efficiently
Nguyen Bao Trang
Bao Trang is the copywriter and also researcher of the team. She did a lot of researches on advertising concepts and edited the IMC plan for the team. Trang, together with Nhung worked on the storyboard to bring the ideas of the team to reality and applied them on the TV Commercial. With the ability to work with videos and edit clips, she was also in charge of creating and finalizing the Teaser clip as well as the TV Commercial.
Vu Quynh Anh
Holding a very important role of The Red Team that is to bring all of the raw ideas into communication products, Quynh Anh did a great job in helping the team to deliver the messages to our target audience by her designing skills. She also printed out the products on great printing material with reasonable price, which helps a lot in reducing the burden for our small budget.
Vu Hong Nhung
Nhung is considered the source of the team’s ideas. She came up with the storyboard for the teaser clip, TV Commercial and collaborated with Bao Trang to complete the videos. Nhung also developed the visual content for the communication products and worked with Quynh Anh to design the artifacts.
Le Dinh Hieu
Working as a person in a media services department, Hieu kept in touch with creative product’s suppliers. He held the control of the showcase’s budget and helped Nhung together with Quynh Anh to prepare materials for the big day. By factual evaluation, Hieu developed suitable strategies in order for the project to reach our target audience through the use of a large range of media platform. He collaborated with Bao Trang to create taglines and develop the messages for the communication products. Finally, he planned the media strategy, budget allocation and media flowchart.
"In spite of the fact that each person holds different role and in charge of executing different parts of the project, however, as a team, we collaborated closely with each other in order to conduct the best work. We make sure each person comprehend the works of others and always ready to back any of the team members up if needed".
